Currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist in the Baltimore area. The main function of this candidate will be to manage the IT and Communications environment for 2 locations in the area. The candidate will successfully plan, coordinate, install and analyze system design. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for all hardware and software support issues, as well as install solutions and upgrades to ensure availability, integrity and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Comptia A+
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support or Desktop Support role
  • Understanding of Active Directory strongly preferred
  • Able to install and operate computers and peripheral equipment
  • Understanding of iOS, iPhone, iPad technology is a strong plus
